Invisalign is a revolutionary teeth straightening system — an unseen adult alternative to traditional metal braces will correct your smile and leave you feeling better than ever.

Dr. Paul Mathew has helped many patients, in both his Newburyport and Salem, NH dental offices, achieve a straighter smile using Invisalign.

Invisalign straightens teeth over time using a series of clear plastic aligners to correct problems such as:

  • Overbites
  • Underbites
  • Crossbites
  • Crowded Teeth
  • Uneven or improperly spaced teeth

Invisalign offers several benefits for adults who desire straighter teeth, but not the embarrassment of traditional metal braces, including:

  • Invisible aligners that reposition your teeth and are virtually undetectable to others
  • Removable aligners for more comfortable eating and brushing, or that big night out
  • No metal wires or brackets, so no discomfort

How Invisalign Works

Dr. Paul Mathew of Artisan Dentistry in Salem, New Hampshire and Newburyport, MA proudly offers Invisalign as the ultimate solution for adults with misaligned smiles. Using advanced 3D computer technology to formulate your complete treatment plan, Dr. Mathew can determine the initial positioning of your teeth and can even show you an image of your brand new smile before your Invisalign procedure is completed!

From 3D computerized images, your series of aligners are custom-created specifically for your smile and are designed to incrementally and gently move your teeth into the desired final position. Each aligner is worn for several weeks until the entire series of aligners have been used and you have your new, perfect smile. Of course, you’ll have to be diligent about wearing your aligners for as many hours as possible during the day, taking them out only for eating and brushing, to achieve optimum results. In most cases, your total Invisalign treatment can be completed in 12 months or less.

Getting Started

Your journey to a more beautiful smile begins with Dr. Mathew’s consultation, where he will examine your oral condition, take digital x-rays, and determine if you are a candidate for Invisalign. Sometimes, patients have undiscovered dental issues that must be corrected before beginning the Invisalign treatment. Dr. Mathew will carefully and thoroughly discuss all of your options and allow plenty of time to address your concerns.

Ready to get started on the smile of your dreams? Please contact Artisan Dentistry at either our Salem, NH dental office or our Newburyport, MA office. Our friendly and capable staff will attend to every detail and will schedule an appointment that suits your busy schedule, and you’ll enjoy taking advantage of our No Wait Policy. We look forward to meeting you!
