Getting Into the Holiday Spirit in Salem, NH
With the holiday season just around the corner there many things to do in and near Salem for the whole family to enjoy.
Salem Holiday Parade – The 47th annual Salem Holiday Parade will take place on Sunday, November 25th, 2018, at 1PM. The parade starts at the intersection of Policy and Main and ends at Salem High School. Parking is available at the high school and a free shuttle can take you to the start of the route.
Derry Holiday Parade – In the nearby Derry there’s also going to be a parade starting in front of the Adams Memorial Building and ending at Hood Commons. The parade will take place on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 1 PM – 3 PM.
Haverhill Christmas Stroll – South of the New Hampshire border, in Massachusetts, Haverhill is hosting its 26th Annual Christmas Stroll. This event, taking place in Washington Square, include many kid-friendly activities such as cookie decorating, ornament making, and live music. Be sure to visit Santa’s Workshop and stick around for the tree lighting ceremony. The event will take place on December 7, 2018 at 5PM – 8PM.
